Alarm Response
Having alarmed response security means that threats to your property and premises are picked up on and dealt with straight away. It is perhaps the most efficient form of security and gives you extra peace of mind that even when there is no one physically protecting your property or premises, suspicious activity and unauthorised entry will be handled promptly.
We provide a rapid response to all verified alarm activations. The Alarm Response Team are connected to our 24/7 control centre. Mobile Patrol Officers are fully trained to deal with the requirements of all the premises we protect.
Motion Detectors & PTZ Cameras
Motion detectors can be installed singularly or deployed alongside PTZ Camera units depending on the requirements of the specific site. On their own the motion detectors offer 10 second image recording which goes directly to the CCTV control room where they are monitored 24/7.
They can also be installed in partnership with a PTZ tower, which then picks up all images to be controlled and monitored by our trained staff at the CCTV control centre 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The Mobile Surveillance Towers are available in a number of variants to suit specific site problems and can be fitted with a number of power solutions including fuel cells, which can be further enhanced with solar cell technology that charges even when power is unavailable. They can be adapted based on location, terrain and even branded depending and advertising on business or company, and can be easily moved by one of our trained operators.
Key Holding
If our attendance is required to an on-site security threat, our Key Holding Service can link directly with our Response Team. We use clearly identified vehicles and a uniformed security officers will attend your site and deal with any incident or false alarm. With key holding, a spare set of keys to your premises will be held at our secure CCTV control room, and when necessary, given to a well-trained and highly professional security guards in order for them to access the site – usually when a threat is picked up by CCTV or alarm.
The mobile officer will go to the control room, collect the keys, and the visit threat at hand. Once the threat has been appropriately dealt with, the officer will leave an attendance report card detailing the events of the security breach. This way, the onus is taken away from clients – they are only contacted in case of emergency, and therefore not involved if there is no serious threat. In this case the security officer will accompany the client or staff member in checking out the premises, and if necessary further action will be carried out if required.
CCTV Monitoring
Just like alarm response, CCTV monitoring offers clients the opportunity to protect their businesses and land without the need for man-power, if not necessary. CCTV monitoring offers peace of mind as it allows clients to observe their premises when no one is present.
Alternatively, the CCTV can be monitored by professional security guards who can deal with any immediate threat, as and when they occur. This monitoring occurs in a secure control room, where threats can be dealt with and responded to accordingly, using mobile patrol units.
Boarding Up Service
We offer the opportunity to emergency board up your business following accidents or break-ins. When access points need securing, such as windows, doors and other access points, we provide a fast-response service to secure properties after break-ins, fires, damage and vandalism.
This ensures this is no additional damage to the property. Finally, a full, in-depth incident report is produced, plus a follow up visit from mobile patrol.
Stand by / Firewatch
As part of our service we also provide site risk assessments specifically for in the event of a fire. Stand By/Firewatch have an important role to play on a module/rig, high responsibilities such as how a fire starts and how they spread, employer’s responsibilities in assessing fires.
All standby/Firewatch need to be familiar with the requirements for fire risk assessments and plans to be in place.
